can somebody help me a little bit with photoshop? like with retouching and stuff. i have no idea how to do anything and i'd really like to learn. right now all i use is iphoto and sometimes picnik and they're super easy but they're limited. i know photoshop has a lot more features and i'd really love to learn how to use them.

Okay so when i got my

a little bit ago, i discovered something AMAZING!

on the plastic packaging there was a little sticker that said they were on soundtrack of your summer tour blah blah blah, but next to that said on tour with

fall 2008.
my heart skipped a beat and did a little happy dance in my head.

lalala this will make going back to school so much more fun.

I'm watching Panic on SNL right now. Brendon's making some nice faces. They sound really good. There are horns and violins so it sounds almost exactly like the track.

today is one month till my 14th boofday.

Lately I have been having trouble falling asleep when i go to bed. I go to bed around 3 or 4 in the morning but i just can't fall asleep. And then I can see it getting light out and it makes it even harder. This morning I was having this trouble so I decided to read one of my favorite books.
The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time


I had to read it for school in 5th grade and it is one of the best book I've ever read.

Here's the description (from Publisher's Weekly):

Christopher Boone, the autistic 15-year-old narrator of this revelatory novel, relaxes by groaning and doing math problems in his head, eats red-but not yellow or brown-foods and screams when he is touched. Strange as he may seem, other people are far more of a conundrum to him, for he lacks the intuitive "theory of mind" by which most of us sense what's going on in other people's heads. When his neighbor's poodle is killed and Christopher is falsely accused of the crime, he decides that he will take a page from Sherlock Holmes (one of his favorite characters) and track down the killer. As the mystery leads him to the secrets of his parents' broken marriage and then into an odyssey to find his place in the world, he must fall back on deductive logic to navigate the emotional complexities of a social world that remains a closed book to him. In the hands of first-time novelist Haddon, Christopher is a fascinating case study and, above all, a sympathetic boy: not closed off, as the stereotype would have it, but too open-overwhelmed by sensations, bereft of the filters through which normal people screen their surroundings. It's very well written and I recommend it to everyone. After I read for about 20 minutes I decided to try to sleep because it was getting light out. Now I'm going to read it some more.

wtf is up with the songs about inanimate objects?
first there's that lip gloss song, then elevator, then when i was watching some spring break show on mtv this girl was singing about getting her nails done. now vannessa hudgens is singning about sneakers.... this is sad.

i've been adding photos like crazy lately.
they're all photos that i forgot i had and love so i just put the dates on them.

this weekend i went to the movies with my friend maddie.
we saw wanted, the love guru and wall-e.
wanted was exciting and there were nice effects but it was pretty unrealistic.
i didn't wanna see love guru in the first place and it was pretty bad. i was half asleep for about 20 minutes of it.
wall-e was great. he's adorable and loving. in some parts it was hard to watch cause wall-e kept getting hurt. but everything worked out in the end.
